We work through electronic document management (EDI) and invite you to join.
EDO systems allow counterparties to instantly exchange any documents in electronic form and certify them with a digital signature.
Documents can be sent directly from your accounting system through integration (1C, Docvision, DIRECTUM, MS Sharepoint, Parus or any others). You can use the provider's interface - it is very simple, no more complicated than email.
You receive all incoming documents free of charge, for each outgoing document a fixed amount is withdrawn from your account. Payment amounts depend on the volume of your document flow and the provider’s tariff.
The list of documents is not limited. We send our counterparties UPD and UCD, reconciliation reports, contracts and official letters.
There are several providers that provide EDI services. We work through Kontur.Diadoc (SKB.Kontura tool). This provider provides ready-made integrations with accounting systems and 24/7 technical support. In addition, the level of protection of documentation from hacking and uninterrupted access to the system are important to us.
You can choose another provider, but it is important to make sure that your counterparties are connected to it and that it can work with other operators (this service is called roaming).
To connect, you only need to have an electronic digital signature certificate. You will need to select a tariff and order a connection from your provider.
To send a document via EDF, you need to find a counterparty in the list and send him an invitation to exchange documents.
