By providing his personal data, the User agrees to the collection, recording, processing, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction and use of his personal data on the basis of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 by Vector LLC (TIN 5020089800, registered at the address: 141601, Moscow region, Klin city, Klin, Durymanova st., 24/3) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) for the following purposes:

Personal data of Buyers is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with compliance with legal requirements.
Due to the fact that the Operator can process personal data through the computer program “1C-Bitrix24”, I give my consent to the Operator to carry out the corresponding instructions to LLC “1C-Bitrix” (OGRN 5077746476209), registered at the address: 109544, Moscow, Entuziastov Blvd., 2, fl. 13, room 8-19).
The Seller undertakes not to transfer received personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- At the request of authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation,
- Strategic partners who work with the Merchant to provide products and services, or those who help the Merchant sell products and services to consumers. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only to provide the required service or conduct the required transaction.
This consent is valid until its withdrawal by sending a corresponding notification to the email address info@parteh.ru or sending it to the address: 141601, Moscow region, o. Klin, Klin, st. Durymanova, 24/3.
The Seller reserves the right to make unilateral changes to these rules, provided that the changes do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Changes to the terms of these rules come into force after they are published on the Site.
If the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data only if there are grounds provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006
